
I create some of my favorite workouts when I’m not quiet feeling up to working out because I’m short on time, but I push myself to anyways.
This one is for all my fellow dads out there that are looking to squeeze in a quick 30 minute workout during our busy days.
5 rounds
- 30 seconds each
- 20 sec rest between exercises
- 1 minute between sets
- DB Squat presses
- DB Renegade rows
- Bench Press (DB or BB)
- DB Bicep Curls
- 1 minute cardio (run, bike, row, etc)
Choose weights that challenge you but still enable to to get 5-7 reps per set.
Finish it up and feel ready to seize the rest of the day. Stay gritty my friends.
