Seize the Day HIIT Workout

I create some of my favorite workouts when I’m not quiet feeling up to working out because I’m short on time, but I push myself to anyways.

This one is for all my fellow dads out there that are looking to squeeze in a quick 30 minute workout during our busy days.

5 rounds

  • 30 seconds each
  • 20 sec rest between exercises
  • 1 minute between sets
  • DB Squat presses
  • DB Renegade rows
  • Bench Press (DB or BB)
  • DB Bicep Curls
  • 1 minute cardio (run, bike, row, etc)

Choose weights that challenge you but still enable to to get 5-7 reps per set.

Finish it up and feel ready to seize the rest of the day. Stay gritty my friends.
